Our stairs are built and in, we still need railings but otherwise they are complete. Our flooring was shipped late, but appears to be arriving today or early tomorrow. Last week we had an appraiser come up to look at everything for our pending refinance. Hopefully, we get the valuation we need for a good interest rate. It was a beautiful day with Catalina and Palos Verdes visible from our balcony,  hope that helps!
