So we had a painting party this weekend, thanks to Jenn, my Dad, Lee, Cheryl, David, and Joy for coming out and helping. We got the place ready for the cabinets and the stairs to begin getting installed. The house is really coming along. We ordered our cement board flooring, basalt tiles, and more paint yesterday and everything should be in by next week.

I’ve started to work with a few people to lock down a permanent loan, I have a locked in rate with Bank of America, but their rates are rather high. Hopefully, we can find something a bit less expensive than almost 8%!
